European aviation safety agency (EASA) established at 2002 , headquarter of EASA is in Cologne – Germany and it has four international permanent representatives (Montreal – Canada, Washington – USA , Beijing – China and Singapore ) and it’s approved in 136.  The European Aviation Safety Agency is the centerpiece of the European Union’s strategy for aviation safety, and it promotes the highest common standards of safety and environs- mental protection in civil aviation. EASA provides the necessary technical expertise, training and research.
